Consent to personal data processing

By selecting a separate, initially unchecked box labelled “I consent to the processing of my personal data” and submitting the form at https://server-haven.ru/, the user freely, voluntarily and in their own interest consents to the processing of the following personal data by Individual Entrepreneur Kirill Alekseevich Karpov, INN 470320458772, OGRNIP 318470400087245, address: Apt. 6, Building 2, 19 Leningradskaya St., Vsevolozhsk, Leningrad Region, 188640, Russia (the Controller):

— name;
— email address;
— telephone number, if supplied;
— submission date and time, page address and technical information needed to confirm submission and consent.

Purposes of processing:

— receive and consider the enquiry;
— contact the user by their chosen method;
— clarify requirements, prepare a proposal and conduct negotiations;
— prepare to enter into a contract at the user’s initiative;
— confirm the fact and content of consent.

Permitted operations: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, disclosure to a processor, blocking, erasure and destruction. Processing uses automated and mixed methods.

The enquiry is stored in the Website database on WordPress, and a notification is sent to the email address configured by the Controller. Access to enquiries is restricted to users authorised by the Controller.

Data is not used for advertising mailings without separate prior consent and is not intended for cross-border transfer.

Consent remains valid until the stated purposes are achieved, it is withdrawn, or one year has elapsed since the last substantive interaction, whichever occurs first. Where a contract is subsequently concluded or another legal ground arises, some data may be processed without consent for the period permitted by law.

Consent may be withdrawn by emailing info@server-haven.ru or writing to: Apt. 6, Building 2, 19 Leningradskaya St., Vsevolozhsk, Leningrad Region, 188640, Russia. Include information that identifies the enquiry and contact details for a response. On receipt of withdrawal, the Controller stops processing and destroys the data within statutory periods unless another legal basis applies.
